Breakfast Naans

Top naan breads with cream cheese, chutney, avocado and eggs for a tasty breakfast or brunch. They take just 10 minutes to make and deliver one of your 5-a-day

Method

Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the eggs. Warm the naan breads in the oven while the eggs are cooking. 

Step 2

Spread the warm naans with the cream cheese, then drizzle with the chutney. Add a fried egg to each naan and top with the avocado, lime juice, chilli and coriander. Season and tuck in.

  • Small handful of Coriander, leaves picked 1x Sainsbury's Fresh Packed Bunch Coriander 30g
  • 2 tbsp Mango Chutney 1x Sharwood's Mango Chutney 360g
  • 1 Avocado, halved and sliced 1x By Sainsbury’s Medium Ripe & Ready Avocado
  • 0.5 Lime, juiced 1x Sainsbury's Limes
  • 4 tbsp Low Fat Cream Cheese 1x Sainsbury's Light Soft Cheese 250g
  • 2 Small Naan Breads 1x Sainsbury's Plain Naan x 2 260g
  • 1 Green Chilli 1x Sainsbury's Green Chillies 65g
  • 2 Eggs 1x Sainsbury's British Free Range Eggs Medium x6
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1x Sainsbury's Vegetable Oil 1L
