Teriyaki Meatballs

Just four supermarket ingredients stand between you and this super quick, low-calorie supper. Meatballs in a teriyaki sauce with fresh and crunchy pak choi

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Cook the noodles following pack instructions. Add the sunflower oil to a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the meatballs for 5 mins or until golden brown all over. Lower the heat and cook for 8 mins more. Add a splash of water if needed.

Step 2

Quarter the pak choi, raise the heat, add the pak choi and the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 3 mins. Stir through the teriyaki sauce and toss everything together with the drained noodles. Divide between bowls and serve.

  • 8 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce 1x Sainsbury's Teriyaki Sauce 150ml
  • 200g Pak Choi, washed and quartered 1x Sainsbury's Pak Choi 200g
  • 12 Turkey Meatballs 1x Sainsbury's Fresh British Turkey Meatballs x12 400g
  • 250g Medium Egg Noodles 1x Sainsbury's Wholewheat Medium Noodles 250g
  • 2 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste 1x KTC Minced Garlic & Ginger Paste 210g
  • Maldon Salt, to taste 1x Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 250g
