Spicy Bean Burgers

An easy and very achievable dinner that is meat free, fuss free and high in fibre! Satisfyingly filling and ready in just 25 minutes.

Method

Based on 4 servings, adjust as needed.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Place the spicy wedges onto a baking sheet and cook as per the manufacturer's instructions. Do the same with the spicy bean burgers as these should take around the same time to cook.

Step 2

Slice the tomato, onion and separate the leaves from the baby gem lettuce while your burgers and wedges cook. Heat a grill or griddle pan on a medium heat. Cut the rolls in half and grill, cut side down until slightly golden and crispy. Squeeze a generous amount of garlic mayonnaise onto each base. Place a burger onto each one, followed by sliced tomato, onion and baby gem lettuce. Pop on their tops and serve with the spicy wedges and lots more garlic mayo.
