This super-easy, Grab and Cook bag allows you to decide whether you fancy turning it into soup or a pasta sauce simply by adjusting the amount of liquid added at the time of cooking. This is fresh, packed full of goodness and totally delicious!
Based on 2 servings, adjust as needed.
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan. If making soup, add 3 cups (720ml) boiling water (if cooking for 4). If making pasta sauce, add 1.5 cups (360ml) boiling water. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 8–10 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Blend until smooth and season to taste.
